KAL will use the web service’s cloud capabilities to strengthen innovation and improve customer experience, giving the company a competitive edge in the post-COVID era. The airline’s executive vice president, Kenneth Chang, described the switch as the biggest IT modernization project in the airline’s 52-year history.
