Air China has appointed Huang Bin to succeed company secretary and board secretary, Zhou Feng, after the latter’s resignation. Huang, 58, is a graduate of the China Civil Aviation Institution and a senior accountant who started his career in civil aviation in 1983. Singapore Technologies Engineering has appointed Kevin Kwok Khien as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee. Also Cai Dexian has been appointed an alternate director to Ong Su Kiat Melvyn.
