Singapore Airlines launches campaign to attract travellers

Singapore Airlines (SIA) has launched a brand campaign to coincide with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, kicking off with a 30-second video featuring levitating passengers as they head to the airport. Read More » The airline said the video aimed to embody the ease with which the travellers navigated “the new and reimagined customer journey” while emphasising its customer service and enhanced COVOID-19 safety protocols. It also features the airline’s Sound of Singapore Airlines signature tune. The video was released globally on SIA’s website as well as on its Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels. Print advertisements and out-of-home media will be part of the campaign. “There is understandable excitement about the long-awaited reopening of international borders. Many of our customers have eagerly begun to make travel plans once again,’’ said SIA general manager brand and marketing, Lau Hui Ling. “We understand that during this time, some may still be concerned about the inflight and on-ground experience. With this video, we hope to reassure our customers their well-being is our utmost priority and that we have significantly enhanced the travel journey with their comfort in mind.”
