Rolls-Royce has completed the sale of its 23.1% holding in AirTanker Holdings Limited to Equitix Investment Management Limited for cash proceeds of £189 million (US$256.5 million). The transaction was first announced in September 2021.

Korean Air (KAL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus, Air Liquide and Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) to work together on developing hydrogen fuel supply and infrastructure.

Airports of Thailand Public Company Ltd (AoT) reports flights and passengers through its airports remained low in the first quarter of fiscal 2022 despite this period being the high season for travel and that Thailand has been open to international travellers for some time. AoT reported a net loss of 4.3 billion baht (US$131 million) for the three months to December 31, a deterioration from a net loss of 3.4 billion baht in the same months in 2020.
