Brisbane Airport Corporation has signed the World Economic Forum's Clean Skies for Tomorrow 2030 Ambition Statement, which includes commitments to increase the supply and use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to 10 per cent by 2030 as part of efforts to reach the industry’s target of net zero emissions by 2050.

Ezhou Huahu Airport welcomed a test flight on March 19 when an SF Airlines 757-200 freighter touched down at the end of a short flight from Wuhan, local media has reported, citing a social media post from the airline. The airport, a proposed cargo hub that also will handle passenger services, is scheduled to open later this year.
