Perth Airport has launched a number of initiatives to support travellers with a disability. Read More » This included a Hidden Disability program, which offers people whose disability was not obvious the option of wearing a sunflower lanyard so airport staff can recognise they may need extra help, guidance or time with airport processes. The airport also has completed construction of a changing places facility at Terminal 1 designed for people with a disability who need additional space and assistance. Perth Airport also has upgraded three gates in the international terminal with new ramps and lifts.
