Cebu Pacific has changed its luggage allowance policy to a piece system to improve the customer experience and help flights depart on time. Read More » The new policy, which came into effect on April 6, requires passengers purchasing a luggage allowance be limited to one item weighing no more than 20kg and/or one item weighing no more than 32kg. “This new rule makes the process simpler and more efficient for all, which we believe will result in better management of flight timings," Cebu Pacific vice president marketing and customer experience, Candice Iyog, said. "We are encouraging our passengers to bring one big bag instead of multiple small bags so it will be easier and faster for them at our bag drop counters."
