Vietjet opening four Vietnam-India routes, resuming suspended India services from April 29

Overnight Vietjet announced four new services from Vietnam to India: Hanoi-Mumbai, Ho Chi Minh City-Mumbai, Phu Quoc-New Delhi and Phu Quoc-Mumbai, marking the LCC’s post-pandemic return and continuing expansion in South Asia. Read More »

Direct flights to Mumbai from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi will commence on June 2 and June 3, with frequencies of four times a week and three a week return flights, respectively. Phu Quoc-Mumbai will be launched on September 8 and Phu Quoc-New Delhi will operate three times a week from September 9.

Pre-COVID-19, Vietjet flew directly from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh to Delhi twice weekly and offered charter services from Vietnam to Bodh Gaya, the Indian Buddhist pilgrimage site. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to Delhi will resume on April 29 and April 30, respectively, with three a week return flights on both resumed routes.
