InterGlobe Aviation, the parent company of India LCC IndiGo, has named Vikram Singh Mehta and B.S. Dhanoa as new independent non-executive board directors. Read More » Mehta will fill the vacancy created by Anupam Khanna, who stepped down on March 26 at the end of his second term as a director. Dhanoa, a retired Air Chief Marshal in the Indian Air Force, will take up his board seat when Meleveetil Damodaran retires on May 4, his 75th birthday. Both appointments are subject to a security clearance from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
BOC Aviation has informed the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that Dong Zonglin and Chen Jing have been appointed non-executive directors of the lessor, effective April 18.
