Boeing recorded 46 gross orders in April

Boeing's latest orders and deliveries report shows the aerospace conglomerate received 46 gross orders in April: 29 737 MAXs from an unidentified customer, nine 737 MAXs from Aviation Capital Group, six 737 MAXs from AerCap and two 777Fs from an unidentified customer. Read More » The aerospace company has recorded 213 gross orders in the first four months of 2022. Year-to-date orders, net of cancellations and conversions, stood at 157 aircraft, up from 145 aircraft at March 31. Boeing delivered 35 aircraft in the month -including 28 737 MAX family aircraft - which lifted its 2022 total to 130 airplanes. The air framer has not delivered a 787 for 10 consecutive months as it works through a manufacturing issue with the type. Its most recent 787 delivery was in June 2021. Recent media reports said Boeing was planning to resume Dreamliner [787] deliveries in the second half of 2022.
