Asia Aviation Public Company Limited, the parent company of Thai AirAsia, said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand the board had appointed Pattra Boosarawongse as a director of the company, succeeding Tarumalingam A/L Kanagalingam, who resigned with effect on May 13.
