First Akasa Air 737 MAX 8 with airline's livery breaks cover

Read More » The carrier, airline code QP, is expecting delivery of its first aircraft in June and hopes to begin commercial services in July. Akasa Air plans to be operating 18 aircraft by March next year. The Mumbai-based carrier received a no objection certificate from India's Ministry of Civil Aviation in October 2021. The following month it announced an order for 72 737 MAXs powered by CFM LEAP-1B engines.
