Cathay Pacific Airways supports children's charity with NFT sale

Cathay Pacific Airways is partnering with Articoin and The Hub Hong Kong to raise money for education and development programs for underprivileged children in the Special Administrative Region. Read More » The airline will sell images on its shopping platforms of the Sham Shui Po district created by children from The Hub Hong Kong as non-fungible tokens (NFT). The NFTs also will be sold on Articoin's platform with net proceeds to support The Hub Hong Kong's work with underprivileged children. “As Hong Kong’s home airline, we are delighted to be collaborating with The Hub Hong Kong and Articoin to share these wonderful creations, which showcase the creativity of our younger generation and the beauty of our home city in sustainable and responsible ways,” Cathay Pacific general manager corporate affairs, Andy Wong, said. “Through these NFTs, we hope to provide an innovative new way for people to lend their support to the incredible charitable work being done to help the vulnerable in our community.”
