Cebu Pacific to upgrade Manila-Dubai to 10 flights a week

Those travelling from the Philippines to the United Arab Emirates needed to be vaccinated and have tested negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours of travel or have a medical certificate confirming they have recovered from COVID-19. The Philippines does not require international arrivals to have a negative test result if they have received a booster shot of a COVID-19 vaccine.”
