BAA Training Vietnam will offer a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) airline transport pilot licence (ATPL) training course, integrated with a type rating program, to be conducted at the company’s centres in Europe and Vietnam.

Embraer and Pratt & Whitney have completed a 70-minute E195-E2 flight test with one engine of the test aircraft powered by 100% sustainable aviation fuel. The flight was operated from Vero Beach Regional Airport in Florida. All Pratt & Whitney engines and Embraer aircraft are certified to fly with a 50% blend of SAF and conventional jet fuel.

Still with Embraer, the Brazilian OEM will work with Toyota to introduce Toyota Production System (TPS) principles and concepts to its industrial operations among efforts to eliminate waste, obtain operational efficiency and increase value generation for stakeholders.
