Air India has adopted the full Amadeus Altéa passenger service system suite, including components for revenue management, revenue accounting, retailing, merchandising, website, mobile and frequent flyer program management.

A new hotel at Sydney Airport's international terminal has opened its doors. The Plaza Premium Group’s Aerotel Hotel has 15 single and double rooms for stays of three hours to overnight. It also has opened a Plaza Premium arrivals lounge for walk-in guests not staying at the Aerotel.

CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC has sold two 737 MAX 8s, one A320neo and one A321neo to ORIX Aviation Systems Limited. Each aircraft has a lease attached, China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co. said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Philippine Airlines has awarded Sydney-headquartered Stellar Entertainment a contract to supply its fleet with inflight entertainment content, including film, television and audio, commencing from this month.
