Air Lease Corporation has delivered 21 aircraft in the quarter to June 30, up from 12 aircraft in the same months in 2021. The company also purchased an A321neo in Q2.
Food and services provider, SATS Ltd, said in a regulatory filing to Singapore's SGX stock exchange it had sold its 49% holding in Malaysia-based Brahim’s SATS Investment Holdings Sdn Bhd (BSIH) for a cash consideration of 10 million ringgit (US$2.3 million). The transaction will be settled through a share purchase agreement SATS had with Dewina Brahim’s Holdings Sdn Bhd and Brahim’s Holdings Berhad. BSIH held 70% of inflight catering services provider, Brahim’s SATS Food Services Sdn Bhd (BSFS), with the remaining 30% owned by Malaysia Airlines Bhd.
U.S.-based crew distance learning provider, CPaT, has signed an agreement with Vietnam’s Bamboo Airways for aircraft system courses for Airbus, Boeing and Embraer aircraft types.
