BOC Aviation has informed the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong it completed 126 transactions in the quarter to June 30: 84 commitments to purchase new aircraft, accepting 13 aircraft, sale of five owned aircraft and 24 lease commitments signed.
Elbe Flugzeugwerke and ST Engineering have delivered their first A320 passenger to freighter conversion (A320P2F) to launch customer, Vaayu Group. The aircraft, owned by ST Engineering and leased to Vaayu, was handed over to the UAE lessor at ST Engineering's Singapore facility.
