India’s SpiceJet has settled a dispute with lessor Goshawk Aviation Limited and its affiliates in relation to a 737-800 and two 737 MAXs. Read More » “The parties have agreed to settle all their disputes under and related to the aircraft lease agreements for three aircraft,” SpiceJet said in a regulatory filing to India's BSE Limited stock exchange. “The terms of the agreement are confidential, but it ends all litigation proceedings between the parties.” Resolution of the dispute allows two more 737 MAXs to enter into service at the Mumbai-headquartered LCC.
