Japan Airlines (JAL) will resume nonstop Tokyo Narita-Beijing despite some restrictions remaining in place for international travel between Japan and China. Read More » The oneworld alliance member has scheduled a once a week service between the two capital cities from September 11. “Flights between Japan and mainland China have been restricted by the impact of a new coronavirus infection, but we have decided to resume Beijing-Tokyo Narita following a recent relaxation of restrictions,” JAL said. “We will continue to plan for the resumption of these routes in a flexible manner by increasing the frequency of flights, developing other mainland China routes, monitoring immigration restrictions, the quarantine system and demand.” Ticket sales for the route will be for flights from September 11 to October 23.
