Singapore's Changi Airport Group Terminal 4 (T4) will reopen its doors to passengers from September 13. Read More » Since May the airport has been conducting operational readiness trials at T4, located separately from Changi's three other terminals, with airlines and other airport stakeholders. The trials have included orientation flights with Cathay Pacific Airways. The Hong Kong carrier will operate the first flight to arrive and depart from re-opened T4 on September 13. “Ensuring T4 runs smoothly when it reopens, we partnered with Cathay Pacific to organise orientation flights,” Changi said on LinkedIn. “These orientation flights ensure terminal operations will run smoothly when T4 reopens.”

Separately, AirAsia’s Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand carriers will return to T4 on September 15. The LCC group is currently operating out of Changi's Terminal 1.
