Taiwan ending quarantine from October

Taiwan will abandon quarantine for inbound travellers from October 13, a decision that will boost travel to and from the self-governing island. Read More » Currently, inbound passengers must quarantine for three days and then monitor for symptoms for four days under the “3+4” system. The new “0+7” process requires inbound passengers to take rapid antigen tests on arrival and self-monitor for symptoms for seven days. In related news, Taiwan is lifting its weekly inbound passenger quota from 50,000 to 60,000 on September 29 and to 150,000 from October 13.
