Qantas Group has promoted Stephanie Tully to CEO of Jetstar, succeeding Gareth Evans. Read More » Tully has been with the airline company since 2004 and is the Qantas Group chief customer officer. She will formally take up her role at the LCC in November. “Stephanie has worked across several different areas of the airline from crewing to marketing and has a deep understanding of the customer experience,” Qantas Group CEO, Alan Joyce, said. “She is an outstanding leader and will be heading a very experienced senior team that will keep building on the strengths of the business.”
Qantas Group said its executive manager of network, revenue management and alliances, Markus Svensson, will be the group’s new chief customer officer and will join its executive committee.
