Nok Air postpones delivery of 2021 accounts for another month

Read More » In a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Nok Air said the release of the calendar 2021 financial report needed to be delayed for another month following the country's Central Bankruptcy Court's review of its turnaround plan. “After the Central Bankruptcy Court issued an order to approve the rehabilitation plan and its amendments, including the appointment of administrators to implement the plan on 29 September, several conditions and repayment details for creditors in each group have been amended in accordance with the plan,” Nok Air said. The company needed more time to review the plan to ensure correctness and completeness, it said. Thailand’s stock exchange had written to Nok Air and said the LCC would be delisted due to its failure to submit its financial statements.
