Thailand bankruptcy court signs off THAI corporate restructuring plan

Read More » “The plan administrator, executives and every employee are confident the business reorganization accepted by the court will be implemented smoothly and completed to the utmost benefit of all creditors,” THAI said. “We assure creditors, customers and THAI's business partners that THAI will resume its business operations and services as the flag carrier and the pride of Thailand and Thai people. THAI will generate profits and continue to grow sustainably.” In July, creditors attending a specially convened meeting voted for a settlement of 78.59% of the debt owed to them by THAI.
