Read More » The findings were outlined in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) global passenger survey, published overnight. Of travellers who have used biometrics when travelling, the satisfaction rate was 88%, the airline lobby association said. “Travel during COVID-19 was complex, cumbersome and time consuming because of government travel requirements,” IATA senior vice president for operations, safety and security, Nick Careen, said. “Post-pandemic, passengers want improved convenience throughout their trips.
