Qantas Airways adds Bangkok Airways as miles redemption partner

Members of the Qantas Airways frequent flyer program can now use points to book flights operated by Bangkok Airways, part of an expanded partnership between the two carriers announced in July. Read More » Qantas has included its QF code on Bangkok Airways services since 2014, but there has not been an option for frequent flyers to use points to redeem flights with the Thailand-based carrier until now. “Thailand is one of the most popular destinations for our frequent flyers. This partnership will make it easier for them to explore more of the region using their points,” Qantas Loyalty CEO, Olivia Wirth, said. “The option to book reward seats on the expansive network of Bangkok Airways across Thailand and Southeast Asia will open up thousands of new redemption opportunities.”
