Asia-Pacific airline association predicts “positive” outlook for 2023

Read More » “The business environment for airlines is challenging and geo-political tensions could undermine recovery,” he said. “Despite the softening of the global economic outlook, Asia-Pacific airlines are well placed for traffic volumes to move closer to pre-pandemic levels if demand stays strong.” Menon said margins remained under pressure, but the region’s airline market is expected to reach 75% of pre-COVID-19 levels by year-end.
