Singapore Airlines continues winning streak with latest results

Read More » The result was a significant improvement from the 189,700 passengers carried by Singapore Airlines and Scoot in the same month in 2021. “In October 2022, the Singapore Airlines Group saw strong travel demand, boosted by the Australia and New Zealand spring school breaks and the relaxation of travel restrictions into Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan,” SIA said. Capacity, or available seat kilometres, was 71% of pre-COVID-19 levels for the 31 days, the group reported. SIA executive vice president commercial, Lee Lik Hsin, speaking at the company's most recent results presentation, said passenger capacity will reach 80% by December and stabilise at that level to March 2023.
