Changi reports 7.9% growth in passengers for October

Passenger numbers at Singapore Changi Airport rose 7.9% month-on-month to 3.7 million in October, from 3.4 million in September. Read More » The October result was up 1,350% from 225,000 passengers in the same month in 2021. There were 21,800 commercial aircraft movements in the 31 days, more than double the 10,200 in October 2021 and 6.9% above the 20,400 in September. The October 2022 passenger numbers are 65.3% of the 5.7 million passenger movements Changi Airport recorded in the pre-pandemic October 2019.
