All Nippon Airways posts 58.4% increase in domestic passengers

All Nippon Airways (ANA) grew the number of domestic passengers it carried by 58.4%, to 3.3 million in November, from 2.1 million in the same month a year earlier. The reopening of Japan's international border in October resulted in a significant increase in ANA's international passengers, which rose 16.3% to 376,738 in November against 323,842 in October. For the month, the Star Alliance member achieved 81.9% of the 4 million domestic travellers and 44% of the 855,455 international passengers it flew in November 2019.
