Singapore Airlines offers free wifi to business class and PPS passengers

Singapore Airlines (SIA) will expand its unlimited inflight wifi offering to business class passengers and PPS Club and supplementary card members. Read More » The Star Alliance carrier already provides passengers in its suites and first class with complimentary wifi. It also offers KrisFlyer frequent flyer members three hours of complimentary wifi when travelling in premium economy and two hours in economy. “Staying connected, even at 35,000 feet, has become an essential aspect of the travel experience,” SIA senior vice president for customer experience, Yeoh Phee Teik, said. “These changes are a response to customer feedback and part of SIA’s continuous investment in elevating the travel experience and maintaining our leadership position.”
