Hong Kong launches 500,000 air ticket give away

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) has announced it will give away half a million air tickets to help restore the economic health of the Special Administrative Region's aviation and tourism industries. Read More » The “World of Winners” campaign will be launched on March 1 and run for six months. The tickets will be offered by Hong Kong’s home airlines, Cathay Pacific, HK Express and Hong Kong Airlines. “The campaign will generate a multiplier effect of boosting air traffic and giving enormous publicity to Hong Kong,”AAHK chair, Jack So, said. “Since the relaxation of travel restrictions and quarantine requirements for inbound travellers last year, passenger traffic at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has been picking up, especially in the last quarter.”
