Japan Airlines posts 46% year-on-year domestic passenger growth

Japan Airlines (JAL) reported 2.2 million domestic passengers for January, up 46% from 1.5 million passengers carried in the same month in 2022. Compared with pre-COVID-19 levels, January’s domestic passenger total was 82.3% of the 2.7 million domestic passengers the airline transported in January 2019.
