Bangkok Airways narrows full-year net losses

Bangkok Airways has reported a net loss of 2.1 billion baht (US$61 million) for the 12 months to December 31, an improvement from a net loss of 8.6 billion baht in fiscal 2021. Read More » Revenue climbed 124.8%, to 12.7 billion baht, Bangkok Airways said in a regulatory filing. The performance was a result of increased passenger traffic generated after the July 2022 cancellation of Thailand’s test and go registration policy, Bangkok Airways said. Passengers flown by the regional carrier increased almost 400%, to 2.7 million, in 2022.
