All Nippon Airways boosts salaries for new graduates across all businesses

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is increasing starting salaries for new graduates by about 20,000 yen (US$146) a month, to around 238,557 yen, from April. The Star Alliance member and the 33 other companies in the ANA Group are planning to recruit 2,700 new graduates in their 2024 intake, including cabin crew at ANA and ANA Wings and pilots at Peach Aviation.
