Unfortunately politics flow with the tide and changes in governmental appointments. However, it is good to see that Anthony Loke is committed to finding MH370 and this is essential for not only the relatives and friends of the lost passengers and crew, but also for the World of aviation to understand how such a tragedy can occur and, most importantly, to do our best to ensure it will never happen again. The many so called "experts" who claim to know where the aircraft has crashed and who "know" definitively what has happened to cause the crash are blowing in the wind! There are as many theories as there are "experts" and we will not know with finality what has happened until the crash site is located. The only thing we can be certain of right now is that the loss should never have occurred and it would not have occurred if people responsible on that night had done their jobs properly and with urgency and this includes the ATC personnel, military radar operators and the politicians who mishandled the events following the disappearance of MH370. I cannot forget the image of the acting Minister for transport telling the BBC interviewer that he could not send up an interceptor to investigate the unknown aircraft which was being tracked by the Malaysian Air Force because if something had gone wrong and the aircraft had been shot down, he would be in more trouble than he was now!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!
