China Southern Airlines domestic passengers reach 93.4% of pre-COVID numbers

China Southern Airlines (CSA) recorded 9.8 million domestic passengers in February, up 6% from the 9.2 million passengers it carried in January and 33.8% higher than the 7.3 million passengers it transported in the same month in 2022. Read More » The CSA monthly traffic report said domestic passenger load factor for the 28 days was 77% compared with 72.7% in January and 68.7% in February 2022. Last month CSA’s passenger traffic was 93.4% of the 10.4 million domestic passengers it flew in January 2019. Domestic capacity, or available seat kilometres, was 108% against the same month three years ago.
