Changi Airport, Singapore Airlines and Singapore Tourism resume free transit and transfer tours

After a two-year hiatus, Singapore's national carrier, its airport and tourism board have brought back their popular free tours for transit and transfer customers. Read More » Eligible passengers can choose from three 2.5 hour tours that showcase Singapore. Singapore Tourism Board (STB) assistant CEO, marketing group, Chang Chee Pey, said it is hoped the tours will encourage transit and transfer passengers to plan future longer visits to Singapore. Changi Airport Group (CAG) executive vice president of air hub and cargo development, Lim Ching Kiat, said the tours were very popular with transit and transfer passengers pre-pandemic. “We are happy to bring them back with the resumption of travel. Singapore Airlines executive vice president for commercial, Lee Lik Hsin, added the airline will continue to work closely with CAG and STB to promote the sustainable growth of travel to and through Singapore.”
