Thai AirAsia aiming to secure US$44 million from bond sale

Thai AirAsia (TAA) is seeking to raise 1.5 billion baht (US$44 million) in a debenture issue of two years that offers a coupon or interest rate of 7%. Read More » TAA's parent, Asia Aviation Public Company Ltd, said in a regulatory filing the debenture is targetting institutions and high net worth investors. “Thai AirAsia has submitted the registration statement and prospectus to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission,” TAA said.
