Air India making rapid progress in digital transformation; US$200 million invested in upgrade

Air India chief digital and technology officer, Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, said the flag carrier's modernisation of its digital systems is being conducted at rapid speed with an initial US$200 million investment paying dividends through improved customer engagement and operational and cost efficiencies.
