EVA Air's eighth 787-10 showcases Star Alliance livery

Taiwan-headquartered EVA Airways has taken delivery of its eighth 787-10, which has been painted in the livery of the Star Alliance. Read More » The wide-body, registration B-17812, touched down at Taipei Taoyuan Airport on May 7 after a 17-hour ferry flight, powered by sustainable aviation fuel, from Boeing's Charleston Final Assembly Line in South Carolina. “EVA is proud to have been a Star Alliance member since June 2013,” EVA president, Clay Sun, said. “This new 787-10 delivery gives us the opportunity to celebrate the 10th year of our membership with the Star Alliance livery and to use sustainable aviation fuel on our ferry flight.” EVA has another five 787-10s on order.
