Malaysia Airlines has launched MHGuardian, bringing its special assistance services for young travellers - also known as unaccompanied minors - senior citizens, passengers with reduced mobility and travellers requiring medical assistance under a single brand. Read More » The oneworld alliance member said MHGuardian ensures passengers with special needs have access to information about the services available to them. “At Malaysia Airlines, we are deeply committed to placing our customers at the centre of our operations. With this in mind, we have developed MHGuardian, a comprehensive service that aims to provide safe, inclusive and accessible travel for all our passengers, especially those requiring special assistance, with ease and peace of mind,” Malaysia Aviation Group CEO Airlines, Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, said. “We have ensured our frontline teams at the airport and on board can manage passengers with disabilities and can provide them with the care they need throughout their journeys with us via our training academy’s equality training program.”
