Air New Zealand passenger baggage tracking technology fully operational from June

Read More » The pilot program widens the Star Alliance member's trial of the technology introduced on selected domestic routes in April. “Updates to our app mean we can be more adaptable when creating digital solutions for customer pain points. Baggage tracking is a perfect example of this,” Air NZ chief digital officer, Nikhil Ravishankar, said. “Piloting the features means we can test them with a small group of passengers and troubleshoot challenges, allowing a more seamless rollout to all app users towards mid-2023.”
