Air India and Air India Express operating pilgrimage flights to Saudi Arabia

Air India and its LCC affiliate, Air India Express, are scheduled to carry 18,554 passengers between India and Saudi Arabia on religious flights started this week. Read More » Air India is flying 10,318 pilgrims on 46 scheduled flights from Chennai and Jaipur to Jeddah and Medina from May 21 to June 21 and will operate 43 return flights between July 3 and August 2. Air India Express is flying 8,236 pilgrims on its 57 flights between India and Saudi Arabia. “Our collective effort with Air India Express is to provide unparalleled comfort and convenience to the passengers on this pilgrimage,’’ Air India CEO, Campbell Wilson, said. “We have made special efforts to boost our on-ground teams at the relevant airports to ensure special care for all our valued guests on these flights.’’
