Today's briefs report news from ANA Group, China Development Bank Financial Leasing, GE Aerospace, Plaza Premium Group, SATS, SMBC Aviation Capital Limited and Waygate Technologies. Read More »

ANA Group said it was launching a new business selling non-fungible tokens.

China Development Bank Financial Leasing said its CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF) subsidiary had signed a sale-and-purchase agreement with SMBC Aviation Capital Limited for two A320neo and two A320ceo aircraft. CDBALF said it expected to take delivery of the four aircraft by August 31 2023.

GE Aerospace and Waygate Technologies said last week they had signed a joint technology development agreement to develop software and hardware inspection solutions for commercial aircraft engines.

Plaza Premium Group said it had opened a new lounge at Chubu Centrair International Airport. It was the company's first lounge in Japan.

SATS said its 50:50 joint venture company with Air IndiaAir India SATS Airport Services Private Limited – had executed concessional agreements to build a cargo hub at Noida International Airport in India's Uttar Pradesh. The project was first announced in February 2023, with the cargo hub expected to be operational by the end of 2024.
