Japan Airlines domestic traffic increases 16.9% in May

Japan Airlines (JAL) flew 3.02 million passengers on its domestic network last month, up from 2.6 million customers transported within the country in April and 39.2% above the 2.2 million travellers it carried in the same month in 2022. The latest results were 99.6% of the 3.03 million domestic passengers the oneworld alliance member carried in May 2019. Domestic capacity, or available seat kilometres (ASK), was 97.3% of ASKs flown in the same month four years ago.
