Airbus lifts 20-year commercial aircraft delivery forecast

In its latest market update, Airbus predicts airlines to receive 40,850 new commercial aircraft with more than 100 seats from 2023 to 2042. Read More » The new Airbus Global Market Forecast (GMF), published overnight, is a 3.4% increase from the 39,490 new aircraft deliveries forecast in the OEM’s 2022-2041 GMF. The Asia-Pacific and China are expected to take delivery of 9,480 and 9,440 new aircraft, respectively, in the two decades, representing 46.3% of all deliveries.
