Sarawak government to take over MASWings from Malaysia Aviation Group

It is a 100% subsidiary of MAG that its prospective owner intends to rebrand as a boutique airline. “We are now negotiating the details. We have to do our due diligence,” Abang Johari said, and added he is keen for MASWings to expand to cities such as Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
