Jetstar to include Brisbane to North Asia routes in expanded international network

Australia-headquartered Jetstar Airways will launch services from Brisbane to Tokyo Narita, Osaka and Seoul Incheon with the support of the Queensland government and Brisbane Airport Corporation's Attracting Aviation Investment Fund (AAIF). Read More » The Qantas Group LCC will commence Brisbane-Tokyo Narita on October 31, Brisbane-Seoul Incheon from February 1, 2024 and Brisbane-Osaka Kansai will start on February 2, 2024. Jetstar also will increase flight frequencies from the state capital to Auckland and Bali. “The partnership with Brisbane Airport has unlocked about half a million new seats between Brisbane and some of the most popular international destinations in our network,” Jetstar Group CEO, Stephanie Tully, said. After the introduction of the Brisbane-Tokyo-Narita service, Jetstar will cease flying to Tokyo Narita from Queensland’s Gold Coast.
